What works for me is being part of a fabulous blog carnival that allows me to find exciting new crafty type blogs and enter hundreds of giveaways for crafty stuff!
I haven't yet posted my own giveaway as I am a slacker :)
But the One World One Heart runs until Feb 17th - you can post your giveaway any time before that.
You can also just browse the blogs participating and enter the giveaways!

it is snowing like crazy here. Dh couldn't go to work. He has been out and started to blow out the driveway but it is so deep, so he is struggling to blow it out.
The wind is also bad, though I must admit it has slowed down a bit.
